रद्द करने और रिफ़ंड की नीति

यह डिजिटल सेवा है और भुगतान होते ही खुल जाती है। पूरी रिपोर्ट भुगतान से पहले मुफ़्त में पढ़ी जा सकती है, इसलिए खुलने के बाद रद्द या रिफ़ंड नहीं होता।
अगर पैसे कट गए पर PDF नहीं खुला, या ग़लती से दो बार भुगतान हो गया, तो UTR / ट्रांज़ैक्शन नंबर के साथ 7 दिन के भीतर ईमेल या WhatsApp करें। जाँच के बाद या तो रिपोर्ट खोल दी जाएगी, या पूरी राशि 5 से 7 कार्य-दिवस में उसी खाते में लौटा दी जाएगी।
ब्राउज़र का डेटा मिट जाने से PDF फिर से बंद हो जाए, तो भुगतान का विवरण भेजें; बिना नया भुगतान लिए दोबारा खोल दिया जाएगा।

भुगतान के बाद परामर्श रद्द नहीं होता।
अगर किसी कारण से हम उत्तर न दे पाएँ, तो पूरा शुल्क 5 से 7 कार्य-दिवस में लौटा दिया जाएगा।

सहयोग की राशि स्वैच्छिक है और वापस नहीं होती, सिवाय ग़लती से हुए दोहरे भुगतान के।

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This is a digital service delivered instantly on payment. The full report can be read free before paying, so the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded once unlocked.
If money was debited but the PDF did not unlock, or you were charged twice by mistake, email or WhatsApp us within 7 days with the UTR / transaction ID. After checking, we will either unlock the report or refund the full amount to the same account within 5 to 7 working days.
If clearing browser data locks the PDF again, send the payment details and it will be unlocked again without a new payment.

A consultation cannot be cancelled after payment.
If we are unable to answer for any reason, the full fee is refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

Support amounts are voluntary and not refundable, except for an accidental duplicate payment.
